Bank transfers may take longer to process depending on your bank. There are no deposit fees charged by draja, although your payment provider may apply their own charges. If a deposit does not arrive, contact our support team and provide your transaction ID.

On the login page, click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter your registered email address. We send a password-reset link to that email within a few minutes. Click the link and create a new password (at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols). Your new password is active immediately. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder. If it is still not there, contact our support team and we will assist you in resetting your account access.

If you want to delete your account and personal data from draja, contact our support team in writing via email or in-app chat. We will process your request according to applicable data protection law. Please note that if your account holds a balance, you must withdraw those funds before deletion. Transaction records may be retained for legal and compliance purposes even after your personal data is removed. Deletion timelines depend on your jurisdiction and our data retention obligations.

Payments and transactions

Deposit minimums and maximums vary by payment method. For e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment, typical minimums are around our welcome offer and maximums depend on your mobile wallet limits. Bank transfers via e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment may have different minimums set by your bank. e-wallet and mobile banking deposits follow their own limits. Log into your draja account and select "Withdraw." Choose your withdrawal method (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, bank transfer, or online payment). Enter the amount and confirm. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are usually instant. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank and the destination branch.
